A child must be five years old by September 1 to enter Kindergarten. Children may be admitted to the other grades in view of records showing satisfactory completion of earlier grades.
TUITION FOR KINDERGARTEN, GRADES 1 - 8 (2012-2013)
Our school is supported by the members of St. John’s Lutheran congregation through their free-will contributions to the church.
Our school maintains a system of textbook rental. Book rental fees for the coming year were decided upon using a flat rate per student amount. This fee covers book rental, art supplies, consumable materials, and the like. The amount established by the Board of Education is: Grades K-8 $1075.00 for the first child, $860.00 for the 2nd child, $645.00 for the third child, $430.00 for the 4th child, and $215.00 for the 5th child.
Nonmembers of St. John’s are asked to maintain the school by paying a tuition fee of $2,950.00 per student.
All school fees and tuition payments are expected on or before the 1st day of each of the four quarters. Any deviation from the above procedure must have the approval of the board of Christian Education.
St. John’s Christian Education Board does not want school fees to interfere with anyone’s intent of obtaining Christian education for their child. If anyone needs special arrangements or consideration, please do not hesitate to contact the principal or a board member.
