Family Game Night - First of all---a big THANK YOU to everyone who has been bringing in the various stuffed animals/shower gels/candy for the prize booth!! Thanks---it's a wonderful start...if you're still going through the closet/basement/drawers, please think of us, we need more :o)!
This year's event is only about two weeks away and panic mode is starting to set in. We still need lots of people to sign up for the kitchen, ticket selling and game hosting.
We also need soda (200 cans), pre-made sloppy joe meat (30 pounds total), potato chips (20 big boxes or 200 single serving bags), 100 hot dogs, 100 hot buns and 100 hamburger buns. (There are now specific sign-up sheets in the narthex for these food items.)
We currently have 5 brave acts for the talent show, 10 would be ideal, so we still have room if you would like to participate.
Once again, we will be offering the "meal deal"---for $5.00 each person gets a meal (choice of hot dog, or sloppy joe, bag of chips and coffee/soda) as well as 15 game tickets to use for the night.
See you all on March 26th, Robbin Becco
